I re-visited The Witch’s Fix on John street and made a few purchases to manifest a little magic into my life and so can you!
Right off the bat, I wanted to purchase everything in this shop. The Witch’s Fix stocks up on everything from journals, tarot cards, spell books, oils/incense, herbs, teas and many more! The shops smooth jazz playing really set up the good vibes.
These New Moon Candles are made out of bees’ wax. It’s a perfect fit for any candle holder since the bees’ wax molds into the shape (I used one laying around my house), as well it’s the perfect size to last you a couple months. The new moon is a great time for renewal therefore I like to write out thoughts that no longer serve me and burn it using my new moon candle. The candle is black which symbolizes bashing negative energy.
I also purchased dried up rose petals! Perfect to add in a bath if you’d like!
Lastly, I purchased “Witches spell a day almanac” by Llewellyns. A spell a day for 2019. Each day has a ritual for you to do to set a certain attention along with a match incense to burn. This book also includes the alignments of the planets for that day and moon phase! I personally am loving this book so far, sadly I did not purchase this at the beginning of the year however, I plan to make it my daily routine for the rest of year and purchase a new one next year!
The Witch’s Fix is stocked up with many herbs! The herbs are a good size to last you a couple months and its glass jar is perfectly re-useable. I used the chart provided in store that defines the herbs meaning and picked Patchouli which is used for abundance and lust and Dandelion for wishes, dreams, communication. You can use these herbs while setting your intentions during meditation, or baths, whatever your heart desires. I personally write out my intentions on a paper, put the herbs on it, then burry it under a full moon, or under my mattress!
Overall, The Witch’s Fix is a magical time, I am excited to see what other gems I find here as the store continues to thrive!
