GIVE YOURSELF TIME
Your body holds so much knowledge we just need to get out of heads and listen to what it’s telling us.
On April 7th, 2019 I attended @namastebynicole ‘s Fearless Heart Flow workshop and the above mantra was what I ended up writing down. It started as what my stomach would say to me if it could and it was give myself to eat in the morning before rushing out the door. Near the end of the workshop I realized that I need to give myself time to do lots of other things too:⠀
Give myself time to grow.⠀
Give myself time to explore.⠀
Give myself time to be youthful.⠀
Give myself time to rest.

Expressive writing is a journaling technique in which a person writes continuously for a set period of time without regard to spelling or grammar. It can produce raw and revealing insights and is helpful in overcoming blocks of self-doubt and self-criticism.”
