I’ve written gift guides previously on my old blog but, this year I’m taking a different approach. This gift guide is all about choosing to shop local no matter where you live. I live in Hamilton and this year I’m buying Christmas gifts from local shops on Locke, James, King, Concession and Ottawa Street. Below are some of my favourite shops from some of the BIA’s and some items that they have that will make great gifts. I’m only mentioning a few stores per area but, there are tons to choose from. Pick a weekend to go shopping with a friend or family member and make the day out of it!

Peace and Love,
Love shopping at PURE! Will have to check out some of the other spots. I’m in Burlington, but Hamilton has a better shopping scene.
PURE is a beautiful shop and Hamilton has a lot of new stores downtown. I love the Burlington Lakeshore though!
