I have a new obsession with mists! Any kind of mist whether it’s a toner mist for your skin, an essential oil mist for your mind or even a mist to freshen up the air at home. I now incorporate essential oil mists into my daily routine thanks to Cardea AuSet and Saje Wellness. Here are three of my favourites and how I use them when I need an instant pick me up.
“Invigorating Essential Oil Mist”
ACTIVATE is the perfect pick-me-up when you’re feeling dull and uninspired. It is an invigorating blend of rosemary, patchouli, and lemongrass. It will revitalize mental clarity and enhance mindfulness. I use ACTIVATE during the day before starting work on my laptop or right after my morning skincare routine to wake-up a little more and feel more energized.
“Mental Alertness Mist”
Quick Study is used to support optimal mental focus and concentration. It is an invigorating mist to help improve mental clarity whether you’re studying, working late or just need an energy boost. I use Quick Study when I wake up in the morning. The citrus notes help me get rid of that sleepy feeling when you first wake up and move forward with the day.
“Relaxing Essential Oil Mist”
CALM is a restorative blend of frankincense, lavender, and bergamot for when you need to re-focus, centre, and unwind. I use CALM at night to help my mind settle down before bed. I will spray it above my head and slowly breath in the goodness as the mists falls. I will sometimes spray CALM directly onto the pillow for extra relaxation.
